Prepare a Shopify or WooCommerce file

Before upload

Export a catalog file from Shopify or WooCommerce, then keep an untouched source copy. Use a readable CSV or XLSX and remove test sheets, macros, internal notes, or customer data.

Useful columns

Keep product fields that help review: title or name, description, SEO, categories, tags, images, and product identifiers. Missing columns can be skipped, but a clean file makes checks easier.

Start with a small sample. Check mapping, preview, and export before running a larger batch.
