Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of Ecomptimize, a product catalog optimization service for the Shopify and WooCommerce platforms.
Account creation
Creating an account is free and requires a valid email address. The customer agrees to provide accurate information and to keep their credentials confidential.
Pricing and payment
Optimization runs are billed per unit, with a minimum of 29.00 per order. Payments are processed via Stripe, in EUR or USD depending on the region. The applicable rates are those displayed on the Pricing page at the time of the order.
Service delivery
Ecomptimize processes uploaded CSV and XLSX files, applies AI-assisted optimizations on text fields, and returns an exportable file ready to be re-imported. The XLSM format is not supported.
Refunds
Runs that complete successfully are not refundable. A run that fails due to an error attributable to Ecomptimize gives rise to an equivalent credit back on the customer's account.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. The publisher's liability is limited to the amounts paid by the customer over the last three months. The publisher is not liable for the consequences of a re-import on the customer's e-commerce platform.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to reach an amicable settlement before any legal action. Failing that, French courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
