A score out of 100
An honest quality score for your listings, comparable across your whole file.
Upload your eBay Seller Hub Reports file, get a free quality score, then let AI rewrite titles and descriptions with a before/after review. Ecomptimize never touches your prices, stock, SKUs, Item numbers, images or the #INFO row. File in, optimized file out — no eBay account connection.
On eBay, the title is your main hook: 80 characters that decide whether a buyer clicks. Vague titles, missing keywords, thin or messy descriptions and unsafe HTML all cost you views and trust. Editing hundreds of listings by hand is slow and easy to get wrong.
Ecomptimize works from your exported listings file (Seller Hub Reports). It reads every listing, scores it, and rewrites only the text fields you allow — keeping every protected field byte-for-byte. You stay in control: review each change before you export.
Import your eBay file and get a free diagnostic on your whole file — no AI cost, no card, no account connection. You only pay when you choose to generate the optimized listings.
An honest quality score for your listings, comparable across your whole file.
Titles over 80 characters, missing or thin descriptions, unsafe HTML, missing identity — ranked by impact.
We tell you honestly whether your file can be reimported into eBay (Seller Hub Reports) or only optimized as it is.
The audit is rule-based — it never calls AI and never charges your balance.
Free diagnostic. You only pay to generate the optimized listings — never to see your score.

Let AI optimize titles and descriptions, review before/after, then download an optimized file — reimportable when your source allows it.
Ecomptimize doesn't replace your eBay tools — it does one thing well: optimize listing text in bulk, safely, before you reimport.
If you sell in volume on eBay and export your listings, Ecomptimize helps you clean up titles and descriptions — whatever you sell.
The eBay file workflow is brand new. We're looking for sellers willing to share a real exported file and feedback, so we can lock the format and improve the results.
File only — no eBay account connection or publishing in V1. We'll only use your email to contact you about the beta, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
No. Ecomptimize works entirely from a file you export yourself (eBay Seller Hub > Reports). There is no OAuth, no API connection and no access to your eBay account in V1.
The Seller Hub Reports CSV (formerly File Exchange), ideally the Revise template ("Edit price and quantity") for active listings. Headers are always in English, even on country sites.
It depends on your source file. If it is a real Revise template (with the #INFO row, an Action column and Item numbers), the optimized file is reimportable via Seller Hub Reports. If not, you still get an optimized file with the structure preserved, plus a clear warning that it isn't directly reimportable. We never promise a reimport your file can't support.
Only the title, the description and — if you turn it on — the subtitle. Everything else is preserved.
Never. Prices, Buy It Now, reserve, quantity, SKU, Item number, category, condition, images, variations, shipping, returns and payment policies are all preserved exactly — and so are the #INFO row and the Action column.
eBay rejects titles over 80 characters, so every optimized title stays within 80. The audit also flags any source title that is already too long.
eBay has banned active content (JavaScript, iframes, forms) since 2017. Ecomptimize keeps safe basic formatting and strips any active content, flagging it in the audit.
Yes. The audit (score and problems) is rule-based, never calls AI and never charges your balance. You only pay when you choose to generate the optimized listings.
By listing (one per Item number, the parent listing for variations) — never per row, so the #INFO row and variation children are not billed. You pay per listing, with no subscription.
No. Ecomptimize does one thing: optimize listing titles and descriptions in bulk, safely, in a file you reimport. It doesn't publish, sync or manage your eBay account.
Not in V1. Item specifics (C:) and product identifiers (UPC, EAN, ISBN…) are detected and preserved, never modified.
Maybe later, and only if sellers ask for it. The beta exists to test the file workflow first. There is no API connection in V1.
