A score out of 100
An honest structure score for your listings, comparable across your whole file.

After you approve access on eBay, Ecomptimize imports your active listings and descriptions. You review every title, subtitle or description before any update; prices, stock, images and categories stay protected. A Seller Hub file remains available as a fallback.
Create your Ecomptimize account, then approve access directly on eBay. Before your approval, Ecomptimize cannot see any eBay data. A Seller Hub file remains available if you prefer not to connect.
A clear title helps buyers understand an item quickly. When you connect your account, Ecomptimize also retrieves the subtitles and descriptions from your active listings to suggest faithful improvements.
The eBay connection is available to every merchant who creates an Ecomptimize account. You approve access yourself on eBay and nothing changes before your review. If you prefer not to connect, the Seller Hub file path remains available.
Connect your eBay account or import a Seller Hub file to get a free listing diagnostic — no AI cost and no card. You only pay when you choose to generate optimized listings.

Problems in the text columns actually present in the file — such as an overlong Title, thin text or unsafe HTML — ranked by impact.
We tell you honestly whether your file can be reimported into eBay (Seller Hub Reports) or only optimized as it is.
The audit is rule-based — it never calls AI and never charges your balance.
Free diagnostic. You only pay to generate the optimized listings — never to see your score.

Step-by-step guide: export the right file from eBay Seller Hub Reports
Ecomptimize does not replace your eBay tools — it safely improves listing text in bulk, then waits for your approval before any update.
Whatever you sell, Ecomptimize helps improve the text of your active listings without inventing information.
No. Direct connection is the simplest path, but it remains optional. You can also import a file from eBay Seller Hub > Reports.
No, on most marketplaces. The eBay Seller Hub > Reports tab you export your file from is free: business sellers get access automatically, and private sellers from their first sale onward. And with Ecomptimize you only pay per listing, with no subscription required.
The Seller Hub Reports CSV (formerly File Exchange): in Reports, use « Upload » > « Download template » > « Edit price and quantity », not the non-reimportable « Active listings » report. Text columns can include Title, Subtitle or Description. Ecomptimize optimizes those present; some plans may propose a new Description only from file data, without retrieving your current eBay description. Headers remain in English.
It depends on your source file. If it is a real Revise template (with the #INFO row, an Action column and Item numbers), the optimized file is reimportable via Seller Hub Reports. If not, you still get an optimized file with the structure preserved, plus a clear warning that it isn't directly reimportable. We never promise a reimport your file can't support.
The allowed Title, Subtitle or Description fields present in your file. Depending on the plan, it may also propose a new Description using only file data, without retrieving your current eBay description. Everything else is preserved.
Never. Prices, Buy It Now, reserve, quantity, SKU, Item number, category, condition, images, variations, shipping, returns and payment policies are all preserved exactly — and so are the #INFO row and the Action column.
eBay rejects titles over 80 characters, so every optimized title stays within 80. The audit also flags any source title that is already too long.
For a present or plan-proposed Description, Ecomptimize keeps safe basic formatting and strips active content. A proposed Description uses only file information; your current eBay description is not retrieved, and eBay may ignore the new column.
Yes. The audit (score and problems) is rule-based, never calls AI and never charges your balance. You only pay when you choose to generate the optimized listings.
By listing (one per Item number, the parent listing for variations) — never per row, so the #INFO row and variation children are not billed. You pay per listing, with no subscription required.
No. Ecomptimize focuses on listing text — title, subtitle and description. With the direct connection, nothing is written without your approval, and inventory, orders, prices, images and categories remain outside scope. The file path never accesses your account.
Not in V1. Item specifics (C:) and product identifiers (UPC, EAN, ISBN…) are detected and preserved, never modified.
Yes. After creating your Ecomptimize account, connect eBay from Account > Integrations and approve access directly on eBay. A Seller Hub file remains available as an alternative.
