Frequently asked questions
How many references can I process at once?
An import can be large, but each preparation is bounded to stay reliable. If your catalog goes over that bound you process it in several passes: the source file is never modified in between.
Do you fill in the technical specifications for me?
No. We flag missing or barely filled specifics, but we do not invent them: we have no reliable source for that. Only the authorized text fields are rewritten.
Will my manufacturer descriptions be replaced?
They are rewritten from the data in your own listing, never from an external search. You review every suggestion before it enters the export.
Can my prices move by mistake?
No. Prices, stock, SKUs, variants and images are protected fields: the product refuses to write to them, and the export returns them unchanged.
What if my file has columns you do not know?
They are kept as they are, in place and in the same order. That is what makes the file re-importable.
How much does it cost for a large volume?
The price depends on the number of products and the option you choose; it is shown before you start. Above a certain regular monthly volume a plan can work out cheaper — the product tells you after the diagnosis.
