Frequently asked questions
Is the white-label report included in every plan?
No. The report without any Ecomptimize branding is reserved for the Agency Pro plan. Other plans give access to the standard report.
Do my clients see Ecomptimize?
Only if you want them to. Your clients have no account with us: you import and you export. On Agency Pro, the report you hand over carries no mention of Ecomptimize.
How many clients and stores can I manage?
It depends on the plan. Each plan states its number of clients, stores and products included per month on the pricing page.
What happens if I go over the included products?
Nothing blocks. Beyond your monthly plan, extra products are charged at the usual per-unit price, which you always see before starting.
Do I need access to my client's store?
Not for Shopify: everything goes through the export file. For WooCommerce and eBay a connected mode exists as an option, always started by the merchant and limited to text fields.
Can I go back after an export?
Yes. The original source file stays downloadable, and you approve every suggestion before it enters the export.
