How is pricing calculated?

The price depends on the selected plan and the number of billable units that can actually be optimized in your file — products or eBay listings depending on the platform. The exact amount is shown after analysis, before payment.

You pay only after seeing the exact price and approving the optimization. There is no automatic payment.

How does the monthly plan work?

When a subscription is available in your account, each plan shows its monthly quota of billable units. The counter resets at the start of every period. Beyond the quota, additional units are charged at the usual per-unit rate or, when a pack is available, at the price shown before purchase.

Can I change plans or cancel my subscription?

Any self-service subscription actually shown in your account can be changed or cancelled from your account; the amount is prorated. Quote-based offers are managed with us. There is no minimum commitment.

Does a variant count as a product?

No. The parent product is counted once, and variants linked to that product are not billed separately.

What is changed in my file?

Only useful content fields are proposed for optimization. Prices, stock, images, product references/SKU, variants and parent/child links are not modified.

Is the displayed price excl. tax or incl. tax?

Prices are shown excluding tax. Any applicable VAT/tax is added at payment depending on your country and detailed on your invoice.

How does payment work?

You pay by card through Stripe when processing starts. If your account balance covers the confirmed price, it is used first; otherwise you only pay the difference. There is no minimum on our side; only very small amounts may incur a card minimum of about €0.50.

You can cancel before the optimization starts. Once preparation has started, it is charged and cancellation does not refund it. A completed optimization is not refundable.
