Understanding this page
This page shows, in real time, whether Ecomptimize and the services it relies on are working normally. If something looks slow or broken on your side, check here first to see whether it is a known issue.
What each component means
We monitor the web application, the optimization engine, payments, the database and our AI providers separately, so you can see exactly which part is affected if there is a problem.
Operational, degraded or down
"Operational" means everything is running normally. "Degraded" means a service is slow or partially affected, and "down" means it is temporarily unavailable while we work on it.
How we handle incidents
When an incident happens, we track it here with regular updates until it is resolved. The page refreshes on its own every minute, so you always see the latest state.
